Return Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy is only valid for transactions within India for purchases that are shipped within the country.

If you are dissatisfied with the product you purchased from our website, we provide a refund option. Below, you can find information on the specifics, procedure, and requirements for this process.

After receiving any product ordered from our website, you have the option to return or exchange the product within 48 hours, under the following circumstances:

  • If the product does not meet your needs
  • If you wish to replace it with a different product
  • If the clothing does not fit, you properly.

If you want a Credit / Discount Voucher, we will provide you with one that can be used for shopping at our store. The value of the Voucher will be equivalent to the value of the returned product.

In the situations mentioned above, we would make arrangements for the collection of the item.

Kindly be aware that our policy allows for only one exchange of the product. In case of any further exchanges, there will be a fee of Rs 150 per garment to cover the shipping expenses. Please note that a product received through an exchange cannot be returned.

Refunds

If you do not want to receive an alternative product in exchange and instead prefer to return the original product, we will provide a refund for the amount you paid. Please note that if you utilized any discounts or benefits when placing the order, it will be taken into account when issuing the refund - an example of this scenario is indicated at the end of this note, denoted by "*".

Kindly allow us a week to process the refund after we have received the product back.

In order to choose any of the aforementioned choices, the item must be in its original condition and still have all the attached tags and labels. Upon receiving the returned product, we will conduct a Quality Check to confirm its condition.

Altered garments will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.

In case the product is found to have a manufacturing fault, we will either replace the product or provide a refund. The refund will only be processed once the returned product has been thoroughly inspected and we are convinced that the defect is due to manufacturing.

Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the initial purchase. For cash on delivery orders, the refund will be processed according to the specified mode requested for the return. However, if an incorrect account number or IFSC is provided when requesting a refund, we will not be responsible for reissuing the refund.

Items labeled as Special Offers, such as "Buy 2 Get 1 Free", "Women's Day Special", "Mothers' Day", "Clearance", and "Diwali Special", will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.

Requests for returns or refunds for International Transactions (Products shipped outside India) are not accepted by us.

Kindly be informed that when you make a purchase from the Parikala platform, you, as the buyer, are consenting to our shopping policies, terms, and conditions.

Instances of Situations Where Refunds Are Applicable

  • In case a discount was utilized during the placement of an order, the refund will be given after accounting for the applicable discount on the returned item. The discount will be adjusted proportionately, as illustrated in the following example.
  • If free shipping was availed by ordering products worth more than Rs 899 and subsequently returning one (or more) products resulting in a remaining product value of less than Rs 899, the refund will deduct a shipping fee of Rs 79.
