Typically, we ship our orders within one to two days after they are placed. However, there may be a rare instance where it could take anywhere from four to seven days.

In India, we also offer the option of Cash on Delivery (CoD) for our customers.

In case you are dissatisfied with the item you bought from our website, we provide a refund option. The information, steps, and requirements for this process can be found below.

If you receive a product from our website under the following conditions, you have the option to return or exchange it within 48 hours of receiving it.

  1. In case the product does not meet your expectations.
  2. If you wish to replace it with a different item.
  3. If the clothing item does not fit, you properly.
  4. On sale item no refund only 1 time replacement
  5. Buy 1 Get 1 offer: Only one-time exchange available; no refunds.
  6. Quilts and Dohars are non-returnable and non-replaceable.
  7. We offer a one-time exchange for defective or damaged items within 7 days; no refunds will be processed.

In you want a Credit / Discount Voucher, we will provide you with one that can be utilized for purchases on our store. This Voucher will have the same value as the product you returned.

In the situations mentioned above, we would make arrangements for the collection of the item.

Kindly be aware that our policy allows for only one exchange of the product. In case of any further exchanges, there will be a fee of Rs 150 per garment to cover the shipping expenses. Please note that a product received through an exchange cannot be returned.
